This packing line was designed to erect, pack and seal cases of loose individual CBD items. 

Built in 2021, the line was installed for a short period before owner changed their method of packaging.

Line components:

ENDFLEX BOXXER T-18 automatic case erector with bottom case taper with powered Dorner case conveyor to pack station

ENDFLEX BOXXPAK ALS loose fill packer with main system control panel and powered Dorner

conveyor to case sealer.

Includes a manual pack station, dual lane pocket elevator product conveyor / feeder.

Good for hard to handle products or a variety mix

ENDFLEX EZTAPE automatic top case sealer

Items may be available individually

Case packer system requires 240/3/60 power
