Removed from a book distribution center, built in 2003.
Good for books, forms, pamphlets, auto parts, medical parts, frozen foods, bakeries, electrical parts etc.

One (1) system consist of:

Two (2) Model AFCXX-HD 25-2 tray formers, each with a Nordson 3500 4 hose/gun glue system
These are each dual mandrel formers supplying the output for 4 forming heads

60′ triple lug feed conveyor.
This 3 piece conveyor takes the trays from under the 4 forming mandrels and places them in front of the transport lugs. There is about 45′ of exposed lug conveyor where hand packing occurs.
The end of the line consist of one (1) tri sealer with model RAC-HD 560.
This unit takes the product filled tray, folds the hinged top over and hot melt seals the 3 side to complete the package. This unit also includes a Nordson 3500 system.
